 Services & Pricing We offer several different cleaning service options to meet your cleaning needs. Below is a list of what we offer for our Basic Residential Cleaning Service, and a list of Extra Services we offer. Basic cleaning service packages are for monthly cleans only including weekly, bi-weekly and once a month cleaning services. For First time cleaning and One Time cleaning services we offer a choice of two cleaning packages, see our service guide below for more information.

Basic Cleaning Service: Kitchen - Clean / sanitize counter tops, sink and back splash
- Clean outside of appliances including refrigerator, oven & dishwasher
- Clean inside microwave
- Clean cabinet exterior
- Sweep & Mop floors
- Empty and re-line trash cans
- Clean / sanitize sink
- Clean stove top
Bathrooms - Clean / sanitize vanity, sinks, toilets, shower/tub
- Vacuum & Mop floors

- Sweep baseboards
Bedrooms - Vacuum
- Dust & polish top of furniture (wood)
- Clean mirrors
- Dust Blinds & window sills
- Sweep Baseboards
All Rooms - Clean mirrors & all glass surfaces
- Dust wall hangings, pictures, blinds, light fixtures, knick knacks, & window sills
- Vacuum all carpet areas
- Polish wood furniture

Office SpacesCleaning prices for office spaces depend on the size of the office space and the amount of times per week that the space needs cleaning. Prices start at $40 /visit. Home and ApartmentBasic cleaning services vary depending on the size of the house/apartment, how many bathrooms, bedrooms, kind of flooring, etc. Please fill out the contact form or email us with your information for a free estimate.  "First Time Cleaning" Empty Homes New Home Builds Move In & Out Cleaning The price varies depending on the condition and size of the home and what you would like done.
